DECEMBER NEWSLETTER

WELCOME BACK to dance. I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving. Please remember that there is a $20.00 recital fee that is due with December tuition. All accounts will need to be paid in FULL before the recital. Thank You

CHRISTMAS RECITAL- Our Christmas recital is Monday December 13th at Desert Hills High School. The recital starts at 6:30pm all dancers need to be there at 6:00 pm, in costumes with hair and makeup done.
Hair and Makeup -
Hair needs to be parted on the left side and pulled back into a bun with the hair piece scrunchi. Please make sure you pull back your bangs!!! Also make sure to put lots of bobby pins in the bun and hair piece scrunchi so that it does not fall out. (Aussie instant freeze hair spray works great).If you do not have a hair scrunchi you can buy them at Family dollar or the Dollar store.

Apply heavy makeup. Mascara, eyeliner, eye shadow (same colors as your costume),Lots of blush, and dark lipstick.

COSTUMES- ALL dancers will need tan tights to go with their costumes. If you do not have any you can get them at Dance magic.

CHRISTMAS BREAK-There will be no dance from December 13th to January 3rd. Dance starts back on January 4th. I Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and a happy New Year.

EXTRA PRACTICE- We will be having a few extra practices. All dancers will need to be there. This is to make sure that we are ready for the recital. Watch for more info to come.

NOVEMBER NEWS LETTER

THRILLER- The thriller performances turned out great! Thank you to all the parents who helped. I am so proud of all the dancers. You all did a wonderful job.


CHRISTMAS RECITAL- The Christmas recital will be December 13th at Desert Hills High School. There is a $20.00 recital fee that is due with December tuition. Make sure to put this date on your calendars, and to invite your friends and family to attend.


COSTUMES- We will be ordering our costume on November 8th and 9th. You can use your fundraiser money if you would like. Costumes must be ordered by this date, so that they will be here in time for the Christmas recital. If your costume is not paid for in full by this date, it will not be ordered. Costume price is_(note to be sent home)_. If you need dance shoes you can purchase them at dance magic. You dancer needs_(note to be sent home)_. Also all dancers need tan dance tights to go with their costumes. NOT nylons. You can also purchase tights at Dance Magic

No Dance

There will be no dance classes on Monday, October 25, they will be rescheduled for Wednesday, October 27 at their regular times.

The halloween parties will be during these times.

Please let me know if you are coming.

OCTOBER NEWSLETTER

Thriller- Thriller performance is October 14th at Pine View High School Half time show. Please make sure that you all have your zombie costumes done. Bring them to dance to have them checked. Hair for thriller should be crazy and messy and VERY big. Look on No Limit face f book page for pictures if you need ideas. I will be sending home a note with all the information on what time and where you need to meet the night of the performance. Please watch for it to come home soon.

PARENT HELP- I would like for ALL parents to pass out 25 pieces of candy to all audience members during the first half of the football game. I have little papers that will need to be taped to the candies. I will send home the papers for you. This is a great way to help support your dancer and get our studio name out there.

FUNDRAISER- WE will be starting Baskin Robins ice cream cake fundraiser today. You will have 2 weeks to sell. We will be ordering costumes soon and this is a great way to help pay for them. I would really like for as many dancers as possible to participate.

Extra practice- We are having an extra practice Wednesday Oct.13th at Pine View on the football field. Practice will be from 6:00 to 7:00pm. ALL dancers need to be there!!!


HALLOWEEN PARTIES -Our class parties will be on October 25th and 26th. Dancer’s can wear their Halloween costumes or their thriller costumes and bring a treat to share with their class. We will be dancing the first half of class and then doing parties and games the last half.

COSTUMES We will be ordering our costumes when the fundraiser is due. Please be prepared. Costumes are for our Christmas Recital.

THRILLER

Thriller performance is Thursday October 14th at Pine View High School. I will be sending home more information soon on when you need to be there. Please remember that Friday practices are MANDATORY. If you miss more than 2 practices you will not be able to perform in that routine. If you are in the following classes you will need to make a tomb stone for the performance. Monday 5:50-Tuesday 5:30 and boys hip hop. Tomb stones should be about waist high on your child and wide enough to hide their body. They also have to stand up on their own and should be light weight. I have someone who can make one for you but I am not sure of the cost yet. Please let me know if you have any questions .

SEPTEMBER NEWSLETTER

YARDSALE - The bake sale fundraiser was great! Good job dancers and parents. Thanks for all your hard work. It was a fun day for everyone. Watch for more fundraiser information to come.

PARENTS - Please make your dancer wears tights or leggings to dance every week. Make sure they are long enough to cover their knees. It would also be great if dancers could come to dance with a pony tail in their hair.

THRILLER - All classes except for tiny tots will be performing Thriller again this October. The performance will be at a Pine View High School football game half time. All dancers will need a costume. You are responsible for making their costume if you do not have one. Zombie costumes should be kept in expensive. If you need ideas come and talk to me at the studio. We will be doing mandatory practices on Fridays coming up soon. Watch for more information to come.

PRACTICE OUTFITS - I will be placing an order for practice outfits this week and next week. If you would like yours now please come in and place your order. They are $40.00 and come in sizes sm ,md and lg child and adult. All dancers will need a practice outfit.

TEAM MOM - I am still looking for a team mom in a few of my classes. Please let me know if you are interested.

AUGUST NEWSLETTER

August News letter


WELCOME to dance everyone. I am really excited to have all my dancers back. I am also very excited to get to know all the new dancers. This is going to be a really fun year. We have so many new and exciting things coming up. Be sure to stay current all information sent home with your child. If you do not receive your notes you can check the blog for any info that you may need. Nolimitdancestudio.blogspot.com. Also there will be notes in a file inside the studio. You will be responsible for picking them up if you do not receive ones that were sent home. .


TEAM MOM- I will need a team mom for all classes this year. If you are interested please sign up inside. Team moms are volunteers who will be responsible for sitting with classes at competitions, helping with make up, and reminding parents about upcoming events.

BRING A FRIEND - If you bring a friend to dance and she signs up I will give you a discount on your next months tuition.

TUITION Please remember that tuition is due the first class of every month. If your tuition is not received you will have a $10.00 late added to your account. All late fees will need to be paid in full before receiving any costumes or being able to participate in performances.

FUNDRAISER-We will be doing a team yard sale/bake sale fundraiser very soon. Start collecting all you stuff. This is going to be really fun for all dancers and parents. Watch for more information to come.

Registration for next year is due!

Please call or text me to register. Remember if you bring a friend that registers I will waive your registration fee, however - THEY MUST COME WITH YOU to register.

MARCH NEWS

ULTIMATTE XPRESSIONS DANCE COMPETITION- is March 26th for solos and 27th for team routines. All dancers participating in competition MUST to be there. Competition is held at Dixie high school. I will not have the time that your child dances till about one week before competition. I will be sending more information home so please watch for up coming notes. I will also be sending home a check list of all the things your dancer will need. Please make sure you have everything a few days before competition.

Boys hip hop class will dance on Friday the 26th.

EXTRA PRACTICE
We will be having an extra practice this Wednesday!!! All dancers MUST to be there. Watch for your note letting you know the time of your practice.

COMPETITION
PLEASE make sure you have read through your packets and have everything that you need. If you have any questions for me please let me know before competition. Make sure you put your name on every thing you have and on all your costumes.

Mini Elite-If anyone would like their black hoodie jaket fixed please bring it to dance a.s.a.p. in a bag with your name on it. We will put a few gather stitches in it to make it tighter at the bottom.

HAPPY ST. PATRICKS DAY MARCH 17TH

NO DANCE- there will not be dance during the week of March 8th -14th for spring break. Enjoy you time off and have fun!

February Newsletter

FUND RAISERS- We have 3 fundraisers out right now.( Scentsy, hair bows and candies) I hope everyone is participating. All money earned can go towards your competition fees and costumes. Fundraisers are due on Feb.8th.

COMPETITION FEES -are due on Feb.8th and 9th . Fees are $15.00 per child per dance. All classes are doing 2 dances at competition. Boys hip hop will only be doing 1 dance. Competition is March 26th for solos and 27th for team routines. Please make sure you mark these dates on your calendars. All dancers will need to be there.

VALENTINE CLASS PARTIES- are on Feb8th and 9th. All dancers can bring a treat to share with their class.

NO DANCE- There will not be dance on Feb 15th for Presidents day.


COSTUME FEES- All classes will be getting a second costume for their new dance. Please remember we will be using both costumes for competition and the year end recital.. Costume fees will be due on Feb 16th. If your child does not have dance that day please make sure you bring in payment.
